Every year since the 2008 real estate market collapse,  clients, friends, and family ask me often "how does the real estate market look next year."  I am happy to report  that northern VA home sales expected to increase in 2019!  As I have mentioned in recent articles, demand still remains strong and will continue as such through next year.  Don't take just my word for it!

Freddie, Fannie, and the Mortgage Bankers Association are all projecting that home sales will increase in 2019. Below is a chart depicting the projections of each entity for the remainder of 2018, as well as for 2019.

As you can see they all believe that homes sales will increase steadily over the next year. If you are a homeowner in Northern VA who has considered selling your house, now may be the best time to put it on the market.

I make the home buying and home selling process easy and fun. With years of experience working with my clients and training other agents, I give my clients an edge in all real estate transactions. My listing clients can rest easy knowing I have sold 99.7% of the homes I have placed on the market, with an average of only 39 days on the market.

I am experienced in-- Alexandria, Arlington, Burke, Centreville, Chantilly, Dunn Loring, City of Fairfax, Falls Church, Great Falls, Herndon, McLean, Oakton, Reston, Tysons Corner, Vienna, or anywhere in Northern VA.[optima_express_contact_form] This article originally posted on my Call Joey Remondino Keeping Current Matters Blog.
