There are multiple controls that can either allow or disallow a listing to enter these data feeds, meaning a home may not ever be listed in Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, or other home search sites. There are other hurdles along the way as well that can cause up to a 10-day delay for a new listing to enter this data feed even after a home is listed for sale in the MLS.
