Blooms Crossing in Manassas Park Virginia is one of the biggest communities with 783 detached single family homes and 133 townhouses which offers plenty of choices for relocating homebuyers. The homes in the community were built in 1993 to 2002 with some of the biggest builders being K Hovanian, Ryland, and Richmond American. The VRE commuter train allows for commuting to Alexandria, Crystal City, L’Enfant and Union Station in Washington DC. At Union Station A Commuter can travel the Metro with in DC or take a train to Boston, New York, or Philidelphia to just name a few. With today’s traffic in Northern Virginia this is an important benefit to the Blooms Crossing neighborhood.

This will be a open development with shopping, restaurants, businesses, a Movie Theatre, and some residential units. For outdoor recreation the Signal Hill Park is less then 1 mile away with its courts, pool, sports fields and 110 acres of outdoor fun.
